Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your booking and payment process?

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. Payments can be made conveniently by credit card, e-transfer or cash upon receiving the invoice.

2. Will I be able to re-schedule my event date?

If you need to reschedule the date, I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new date. If the new date cannot be accommodated despite these efforts, the reschedule will be treated as a cancellation by the client and the cancellation policy will come into play while original event date will remain as the only date I am obligated to provide services.

3. What is your cancellation & Refund policy?

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of all payments made except the retainer fee.
  • If cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days before the event, 50% of payments made (excluding the retainer) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Digital files are included with every package. Prints and albums are available upon request and can be customized to your preference.

5. Do you have any recommended vendors?

Yes. I work closely with several trusted vendors in Metro Vancouver, including makeup artists, hair stylists, florists, and event planners. If you need recommendations, I am happy to share a curated list based on your style and budget.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. If you have ideas or inspiration, feel free to share them. And if you are not sure what to do, I will guide you through natural posing and candid moments.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course. I am happy to meet in person or online before you book or before the session. It is a great way for us to connect and make sure you feel comfortable and confident.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You will receive a private Google Drive link with all edited images. Please download and back up your photos within 7 days, as the folder will be removed afterward to free space for other client deliveries.
