Booking & Payment Details


  • To confirm your booking and secure the date, a 30 percent non refundable retainer is required.
  • The remaining balance can be paid in installments or as a lump sum anytime before 1 week from the event date.
  • Payments can be made conveniently by credit card, e transfer, or cash.
  • Once the retainer is received, we will complete a simple wedding photography contract which finalizes the booking process.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your booking and payment process?

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. Once the retainer is received, we will sign a wedding photography contract to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. Payments can be made conveniently by credit card, e-transfer or cash upon receiving the invoice. Each payment will be issued a receipt.

2. Will I be able to re-schedule my event date?

If you need to reschedule the date, I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new date. If the new date cannot be accommodated despite these efforts, the reschedule will be treated as a cancellation by the client and the cancellation policy will come into play while original event date will remain as the only date I am obligated to provide services.

3. What is your cancellation & Refund policy?

  • If you cancel more than 60 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of all payments made except the retainer fee.
  • If cancellation occurs between 30 and 60 days before the event, 50% of payments made (excluding the retainer) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refund.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Digital files are included with every package. Prints and albums are included in classic & premium wedding packages. Additional prints, albums are available upon request and can be customized to your preference.

5. Do you have any recommended vendors?

Yes. I work closely with several trusted vendors in Metro Vancouver, including makeup artists, hair stylists, florists, and event planners. If you need recommendations, I am happy to share a curated list based on your style and budget.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. If you have ideas or inspiration, Pinterest boards, Instagram posts, or Facebook pictures - feel free to share them with me and we’ll discuss how to include them.


If you’re unsure, don’t worry. I’ll guide you through natural posing and capturing candid, genuine moments so your photos look effortless and beautiful.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course. I am happy to meet in person or online before you book or before the session. It is a great way for us to connect and make sure you feel comfortable and confident.

8. How will I receive the final Delivery?

Your sneak peek images and final edited soft copies will be shared through a private Google Drive folder. Once everything is complete, you’ll also receive a private online gallery link via email for easy viewing and sharing.


For albums and prints, you can choose from three delivery options

• Pick-Up: Collect in person at no cost.

• Personal Delivery: Free within 50 km. Beyond that, fee is 0.70 per km.

• Third-Party Delivery: Courier or postal delivery can be arranged, with all fees covered by the customer.
