Wedding Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Eligible referrals
2. A referral is eligible when an individual introduces a new wedding photography client to Eraki & Co. and the referred couple subsequently books and completes an eligible wedding photography service.
3. The couple must not already have an active wedding photography booking with Eraki & Co. or be an existing wedding inquiry already in active booking discussions before the referral is recorded.
4. The referral must be identified and acknowledged by Eraki & Co. before the wedding photography booking is confirmed.
5. Referral reward
6. The eligible referrer will receive a cash reward equal to 5% of the final eligible wedding photography service fee actually paid by the couple.
7. The calculation excludes applicable taxes, separately charged travel expenses, third-party costs, and other separately priced expenses or products. Any discounts applied to the couple's photography service fee are deducted before the referral reward is calculated.
8. The referral reward is payable only after the wedding photography service has been completed and all outstanding amounts owed by the couple have been paid.
9. Payment of the reward
10. The cash reward will normally be paid within 30 days after all eligibility requirements have been satisfied, subject to the referrer providing the information reasonably required to arrange payment.
11. The referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment details. Eraki & Co. will maintain appropriate records of referral payments.
12. Eligible referrers
13. The referrer must be someone other than the referred couple themselves. A referral reward cannot be claimed by the couple for referring their own wedding.
14. One referral reward is payable per wedding booking, regardless of how many people recommend the same couple. Where multiple people claim the same referral, Eraki & Co. will rely on the referral record acknowledged before the booking was confirmed.
15. Cancellations and refunds
16. No referral reward is payable if the wedding booking is cancelled, the wedding photography service is not completed, or the eligible photography fee is refunded.
17. If a material refund or payment reversal occurs after a reward has been paid, Eraki & Co. may review the reward and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law and any written agreement with the referrer.
18. No combination with other referral claims
19. Only one referrer may receive the cash reward for a particular wedding booking. The reward is separate from client-facing wedding discounts and does not reduce the amount payable by the couple.
20. Programme changes
21. Eraki & Co. may amend or discontinue the referral programme for future referrals, subject to applicable law. Referrals acknowledged in writing before a change will be handled according to the applicable terms in effect when the referral was accepted.
22. Tax and records
23. Referral rewards are payments for referral activity and may have tax or reporting implications depending on the circumstances. Referrers are responsible for their own tax obligations. Eraki & Co. will maintain appropriate business records and comply with applicable reporting requirements.
